Analyze order failure reports for products and coordinate with business to rectify in order to improve data quality. Work through manufacturing challenges, including real-time consequences of planned and spontaneous business decisions and both structured and unstructured work flow, including succinct output sourced from less than pristine data absent precise decision based modeling. Perform specialty diagnostics within manufacturing and distribution operating plan. Utilize MicroStrategy Software and EDI technical competency to create custom dashboards for weekly distribution to local through global locations. Identify costs, constraints and enablers within current state of engineered supply chain network. Identify gaps and missing links, validate projected /planned events and activities and perform qualitative analysis through presence of potential/real disruptions identify and quantity cost of failure, cost of non-compliance and cost of delay. Translate any functional requirement from business into actionable reporting based on complex business scenarios as prescribed. Ensuring accurate inventory reports at different yard/ port/ ramp locations amongst different systems & resolve inventory discrepancies.
